Game Night is back after a two-year hiatus! Game Night is Hillcrest’s largest fundraiser of the year so book your sitters and join us for an adults-only, music-themed costume party & team-based trivia competition—or support remotely with our online silent auction.

Tickets are available as:

  • Table of 10 for $450
    • Team Captains: Start brainstorming with your team on your table’s theme, costume ideas and music trivia prep!
  • Single ticket for $45
    • Don’t have a team yet? No worries! We’ll pair you with a table (ideally with parents from your child(s)’s class) as soon as ticket sales close.
  • Teacher/Staff ticket for $25


Can’t make the game night event? Don’t forget you can still bid on the silent auction and enter the raffle virtually!


Game Night FAQ

Q: How do the trivia teams work?
A: Game Night is organized in Teams of 10 people. Your table will play the trivia game together as a team—and be encouraged to unite on a music theme.

Q: What if I don’t have a team? Can I still attend?
A: Absolutely! Purchase a ticket for yourself or as many teammates you have—we’ll assign you a table, ideally paired with parents from your child(s)’s class. It’s a great way to meet other Hound Dog parents!

Q: When do ticket sales open? Does this event really sell out?
A: Yes! Ticket sales opened on September 30, click here to purchase.

Q: How much do tickets and tables cost?
A: Individual tickets are $45. Team captains can register up to 10 people (max) for $450/table, and have teammates reimburse them.

Q: How is money raised at Game Night?
A: There are several ways the Hillcrest PTA raises money at Game Night. Ticket sales raise money, but there will also be an exciting Silent Auction, Split the Pot raffle, raffle baskets and teacher experiences to bid on.

Q: I can’t attend the event that night. How can I still support the fundraising event?
A: First, the silent auction will be held online, so anyone can join virtually that evening. More details will be coming soon. Second, we welcome your donations—big and small—for the Silent Auction and Raffle. Click here to find out more about how you can support through donations.

Q: Where does all the money go?
A:  100% of the money raised at Game Night goes directly back to the school! Our annual Game Night funds many successful Hillcrest PTA programs, including Partners in Art, field trips, school-wide assemblies, the purchase of classroom technology, and much, much more!

Q: What is this year’s Game Night theme?
A: Hillcrest Music Awards! Start brainstorming all music-themed costume ideas (favorite hair band, legendary diva or crooner, groupies – anything goes!) Trivia games will be focused on all things MUSIC. Your team/table name should also be musically inspired!

Q: Will there be food and drinks?
A:  Food will NOT be available onsite, but each team/table is encouraged to coordinate its own food and menu with teammates—it’s great way to support carryout from local DG restaurants! Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (cash bar) will be sold at the Legion. Please note: outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.
